3. Accounting verification of the invoice content
4. Request for missing supporting documents
5. Preparation of the Act of acceptance
6. Signing the Act of acceptance by the counterparty
7. Accounting approval of the Act of acceptance
8. Financial director's signature on the approved certificate
9. Submission of the memo with certificate and invoice for payment
10. Payment approval - 9 people approve
11. Transfer of the approved memo to the financial department
12. Sending payment to the bank
13. Waiting for funds to appear
14. Payment completed
15. SWIFT confirmation received
